IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION FOR 4DFEST 2026
Thank you so much for taking a moment to read this — it’s a really important part of our festival planning this year.
We are currently in discussions with the Highways Department regarding access to Willow Grange Farm. Because the venue sits directly on the A10, which is a very busy and heavily-used road, we are not permitted to use the main entrance for general festival traffic.
To gain approval for the event to go ahead, we must drastically reduce the number of individual cars arriving at the site.
This means we are working extremely hard behind the scenes to:
✅ Set up multiple shuttle bus routes from nearby areas
✅ Offer these shuttles at a minimal cost (£1 per adult over 18)
✅ Make transport smooth, safe and accessible for everyone
✅ Ensure we meet all safety and traffic requirements for the event licence
We know this is a big change from previous years, and we cannot thank you enough for being understanding, flexible and cooperative.
This is currently one of the most complex parts of the festival to organise (it’s almost taking over the excitement!), but it’s absolutely essential for us to receive approval and keep 4DFEST running safely.
Your support in using the shuttle buses will make an enormous difference and will help us continue to grow 4DFEST into something unforgettable.
