ARRIVAL & TRAFFIC INFORMATION ⚠️

Please allow PLENTY of extra time to get to the venue.

The road system for rehearsal day will be ONE WAY ONLY and we are expecting traffic and drop off to take a little longer than usual.

ENTRY

Access will be via Twenty Pence Lane ONLY.

EXIT

Exit will be via the A10.

Due to how busy the A10 can be, we kindly ask that all cars turn LEFT when exiting. If you need to go in the opposite direction, please continue to the roundabout further up the road and turn around there safely.

Please note that the one way route itself takes approximately 15 minutes to drive, so we are definitely expecting queues and delays at busier times.

⚠️ Please also note that the SAME one way traffic system will be in place on Sunday for 4DFEST day.


SIGNING IN

All students must be signed in on arrival before heading into rehearsals.

All students will also be given wristbands at rehearsal which MUST be worn on 4DFEST day.

For our younger dancers, we would really recommend writing a contact phone number on the inside of the wristband.


IMPORTANT STUDENT INFORMATION SPREADSHEET 📋

We have created a spreadsheet containing every student's rehearsal information to hopefully make things MUCH easier to follow! (attached to email too!)

This includes:

  • Rehearsal times
  • Realm information
  • Costume requirements

Hopefully this means you can simply search for your child's name and quickly find all of the important information in one place.

WHAT STUDENTS NEED TO BRING

All students will need:

  • Base layers for costume changes (for example shorts and a t-shirt/vest)
  • Costume items in a NAMED carrier bag
  • A bottle of water
  • Sunscreen already applied before arrival
  • Snacks and/or lunch depending on their rehearsal slot

As it's looking like it's going to be a beautiful day, caps and sunglasses are absolutely encouraged too! ☀️🕶️

We will have lots of our 4D team around supervising and keeping students entertained throughout the day. Students will be rehearsing on stage, but we'll also be encouraging everyone to rest in the shade between routines where possible.


TICKETS & BUSES 🎟️

For festival entry, you do NOT need to show tickets, we will simply have the name of the ticket booker on the door.

If you are using the shuttle buses, you WILL need to show your bus ticket.

If you cannot find your ticket confirmation email, please try searching "SumUp" in your inbox as this is the system our ticket confirmations are sent through.

This is where all line-up information, timings, updates and important information will be shared. We will not have printed programmes or schedules available on the day.


RAFFLE TICKETS 🎟️

Please bring all raffle ticket money in a clearly labelled envelope.

If you have any unsold raffle tickets, please bring those back too as we will continue selling tickets on the day!

We have already had some families sell over 50 tickets 😱 so the competition for top raffle ticket seller is DEFINITELY heating up!


HAIR BRAIDING ✨

Our hair braider will be available during rehearsal day if anyone would like festival braids ready for 4DFEST!

Please bring cash if you would like to book this on the day.  It is £15 or £20 for hair longer than shoulder length.


FOOD & STAYING ON SITE 🍔☀️

You are very welcome to stay during the rehearsal day!

You can:

  • Come and watch some of the rehearsals
  • Relax onsite
  • Visit Willow Grange Farm

Willow Grange will be hosting a BBQ especially for our 4D friends and family throughout the day! 🌭🍔

Please note that cooked food service will finish from 4pm, however they will still have staff onsite serving drinks, cakes and other goodies afterwards ☕🍰
